• Data is received via FTP and Dropbox
• Data is retained for only 15 days or as agreed with client
• After 15 days, data is permanently deleted
• Data is never reused or sold
We use technical and organizational security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration.
If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), GDPR-compliant safeguards are applied.
We do not sell or trade personal data. Data may only be shared with infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality or when required by law.
